1. The service

Neurex.ai provides software for finding, analysing and managing sales leads and drafting outreach. You are responsible for how you contact people and for complying with applicable laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR and platform terms).

2. Accounts

Keep your credentials secure. One account is for one person or business. We may suspend accounts used for spam, harassment or unlawful activity.

3. Plans and billing

Plans are billed monthly in US dollars through Razorpay and renew until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the paid period. Usage limits reset monthly and unused credits do not roll over.

4. Data sources

Lead data comes from third-party APIs and public websites. We don't guarantee its accuracy. AI-generated text may contain mistakes; review it before sending.

5. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.
